I’m sick of sunbed hoggers but I got the last laugh …we’ve all paid to use them
A WOMAN has revealed how she got the last laugh of sunbed hoggers who snapped up the loungers she had paid to use.
Rihana Kouser took to TikTok to call out the “selfish” hotel guests and explain how she dealt with them.
Rihana, from Bristol, was on holiday in Spain when she allegedly came across people trying to reserve the poolside loungers by draping their towels over them.
She said that they did this and then walked off “for hours” while trying to prevent others from using them.
Text across the screen read: “Selfish people walk off for hours and leave their towels on shared hotel sunbeds.”
Meanwhile, she captioned the post: “We’ve all paid to use them.”
However, she had a solution for anyone who shared her frustration.
That was to “remove their s***” before dragging the lounger off to another area to make use of it.
Social media commenters were all for it.
One wrote: “I will for sure do that if they’re not being used – more people should do it.”
Another added: “I am currently on holiday sunbeds next to me never got used yesterday so I told another family to take them.
“P***** me right off.”
Meanwhile a third wrote: “They should have a staff manning the area.
“People have 1.5-2 hours using them otherwise they remove the towels.”
Responding to a comment that was more sympathetic to the hoggers, Rihana fumed: “They are not “theirs!” They belong to the hotel.
“If you’re not sat on them or in the pool, you should not be hogging them all day.”
It comes after three dads explained how they got ultimate revenge on selfish guests in what they dubbed “sunbed wars”.
Meanwhile, a hotel worker was praised as “towel police” after he bagged those left on beds by hoggers.
