She also reveals that her daughter is severely disabled and can’t speak.
The video title reads: ‘How can they get away with this.’
While the caption reads: ‘A fine has been issued for parking in a 12-year-old severely autistic child’s name. Bailiffs have just been to my door.’
She started the video by saying: “I can’t believe what just happened to me.
“They sent a parking fine in my daughter’s name. I rang them up and said she doesn’t drive the car.
“They say, we can’t speak to you. We have to speak with the account holder.
“I told them you can’t speak with her because she is severely autistic.”
When she filmed the video, the parking firm still hadn’t got back to her.
Most people in the comments are on the mum’s side.

Another said: “They can’t serve you a fine in the name of a 12-year-old.”
Another said: “Get in touch with your local councillor and let him sort it out. It will be OK.”
