NEW DELHI: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the IBPS SO 2022 Admit Card on its official website – https://www.ibps.in/. The IBPS SO examination will be held on December 31, 2022.
Candidates, who have applied for the IBPS Specialist Officer Recruitment Examination 2022, can check and download their Admit Card online on the official website through candidate login.
The IBPS SO (Specialist Officer) exam is a competitive examination conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) for the recruitment of specialists in various fields such as IT, Marketing, Agriculture, HR, Law, and others for participating banks in India.
The IBPS SO exam consists of two stages:
Preliminary Exam: This is an online exam comprising of multiple-choice questions in subjects such as Reasoning, English, and Quantitative Aptitude. Candidates who qualify the preliminary exam are shortlisted for the main exam.
Main Exam: This is also an online exam comprising of multiple-choice questions in subjects specific to the post applied for, such as IT, Marketing, Agriculture, HR, Law, etc. The main exam also includes a Descriptive Test in English language.
Candidates who qualify the main exam are called for an interview, which is the final stage of the selection process. The final selection is based on the combined scores of the main exam and interview.

How to download IBPS SO Admit Card 2022?
Step 1: Visit the official IBPS website — ibps.in
Step 2: Click on the admit card link, given right on top of the homepage
Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page. Enter your registration number and date of birth
Step 4: Now, clock on the login button
Step 5: Your IBPS admit card 2022 will be displayed on the screen
Step 6: Check and download it and take a printout for future references
Online Preliminary Examination:
Online Preliminary Examination consists of Objective Tests for 125 marks. This test would be of 2 hours duration consisting of 3 Sections as follows:

The candidates shall be required to qualify in each test as per cut-off marks determined in each test. Each candidate will have to secure a minimum score on each of the tests as well as on the Total to be considered to be shortlisted for Main Examination. Depending on the number of vacancies available, cutoffs will be decided and candidates will be shortlisted for Main Examination. However, decision of IBPS in this regard shall be final and binding upon the candidates.
The time for the test is 120 minutes however you may have to be at the venue for approximately 180 minutes including the time required for entry, logging in, going through the instructions, exiting the lab etc. All the questions will have multiple choices. Out of the five answers to a question, only one will be the correct answer. You have to select the most appropriate answer and ‘mouse click’ that alternative which you feel is appropriate/correct. The alternative/option that you have clicked on will be treated as your answer to that question. There will be penalty for wrong answers marked by you. For every wrong answer marked by you, 1/4 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty.
