I live on a boat – here’s the most common question I get asked

And she revealed that while there were many challenges living on the water, many of her followers on social media asked her the same question… how she worked out.

The fitness fan shared a clip to her 190,000 followers on Instagram, showing just how it works.

In the morning, Beverly gets up and gathers her workout equipment, before taking a five-minute dinghy ride to head to shore.

Sometimes it takes a little while to find an appropriate spot to get her sweat on, she said, adding: “We walk and we walk and we walk a little bit more until we get to our destination.”

Beverly uses sand-weighted kettlebells for a nautical twist on her routine, alongside other exercises like pull-ups, lunges, and sprints.

The fitness guru is dedicated to keeping her fitness levels up even while living on a sailboat.

She said: “It’s a bit of a time commitment but it’s totally worth it to stay on top of our health and fitness while travelling.”

Beverly isn’t the first to choose this unique lifestyle.

This lawyer left her job to start afresh on a boat.

A couple also saves £1,000 a month by switching their Hertfordshire flat for a boat.
