Pauleen Luna, wife of Vic Sotto, has yet to confirm speculations about her second pregnancy, but netizens were sent abuzz after Joey de Leon addressed her as “Hoy Buntis” (Hey, pregnant) during the pilot episode of “EAT” on TV5.

Eagle-eyed netizens noticed that de Leon addressed Luna as “buntis” or pregnant while the hosts of TV5’s noontime show were performing “Rock Baby Rock,” and the spouses of the comedic trio of Vic, Joey and Tito Sotto, collectively TVJ, went up the stage to dance along, as seen in a video uploaded by one @elysei6 on Sunday, July 2.

The actress-host is then seen playfully hitting de Leon in response to his remark. Luna then appeared to hold her belly while walking onstage to Vic’s side.

Luna’s fans couldn’t help but be amused with de Leon’s remarks in the comments, with some expressing hope that she is indeed in the family way for the second time.

Pregnancy rumors have been hounding Luna since June after she was not spotted with her husband and daughter Tali at the wedding of Kathleen Hermosa, sister of daughter-in-law Kristine Hermosa.

The speculations went up a notch when Luna posted on IG about cord blood banking for a umbilical cord storage company.

The actress-host has yet to address the reports.

Luna tied the knot with Sotto at the St. James The Great Parish Church in Alabang in January 2016. They welcomed their daughter Talitha Maria in November 2017. EDV
