Manchester United continue their pre-season tour of the United States with a clash against League Two side Wrexham later this evening.

Erik ten Hag’s men will be the big favourites to maintain their perfect pre-season record following on from victories over Leeds, Lyon and in the recent stateside showdown with Arsenal.

Wrexham, co-owned by Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mcelhenney, have already faced Premier League opposition on their US tour having been beaten 5-0 by Chelsea in North Carolina last week.

The match will be shown live on MUTV and the official United app.

Manchester United’s team will likely feature sweeping changes with their game against Real Madrid in Texas just a day later set to be ten Hag’s main focus.

As such, tonight’s fixture could be the perfect opportunity for Charlie McNeill and Shola Shoretire to stake their claim for a place in ten Hag’s squad for the upcoming season.

Short term signing Jonny Evans and Hannibal Mejbri could also be given minutes by the Dutchman on the West Coast.
