‘How rude!’ Chris Moyles fumes at Rita Ora’s claims he is Doughnuts on The Masked Singer
Radio DJ Chris Moyles, 47, has categorically denied he is taking part in this year’s The Masked Singer after it was speculated he was the man behind the Doughnuts costume.
The guess came from judge Rita Ora on Saturday night’s episode after Doughnuts’ rendition of the Spice Girls song, Spice Up Your Life.
Chris addressed the rumours on his Radio X breakfast show on Monday morning, joking that he was “insulted” by the suggestion.
The radio legend asked his co-hosts, Dominic Byrne and Pippa Taylor, whether they had tuned in to the singing show.
He continued: “Well, I was offered up as a potential masked singer, as in, one of the judges said, ‘I think it’s Chris Moyles’.”

The judges decided it was Lionfish’s time to go andunmasked as Pop Idol winner, Will Young.
The Masked Singer returns on Saturday at 7pm on ITV where another contestant’s identity will be revealed.
