Honor teases its upcoming high-end tablet, expected to be powered by Mediatek’s next flagship SoC – Times of India

Honor is expected to hold an event on August 12 where the company is rumoured to announce its Magic 3 series smartphones. At the same event, the company might also launch a new high-end tablet — Honor V7 Pro.
GizmoChina has reported that the smartphone maker has posted a teaser video on its Honor Life Weibo account that gives a glimpse of the tablet’s design.
The teaser video shows the tablet design in Blue colour with a leather finish back with a camera module similar to Honor 50 smartphones.
The teaser video posted by Honor Life’s official Weibo account exposes the upcoming Honor V7 Pro in a blue leather finish. The tablet appears to feature flat sides similar to Apple iPad Pros or Galaxy Tab S7.
Another well-known leaker Digital Chat Station has suggested that the upcoming tablet from Honor will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1300T SoC, which the company is yet to announce.
The leakster has also dropped a press release printout from MediaTek which confirms that the Dimensity 1300T chipset will be based on a 6nm chip design and it will officially launch on July 26.
Other details about the high-end Honor V7 Pro tablet and Dimensity 1300T SoC are pretty scarce right now and we will get to know more about them near the launch.
