This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby has been busy away from the show in recent months launching her own lifestyle brand and book titled Reflections. The 40-year-old’s website features the host’s fashion tips, beauty recommendations as well as celebrity interviews.
In Holly’s latest Instagram post, she detailed how the build up to creating new content had been hard behind-the-scenes.
In view of her 7.4 million followers, she wrote: “Happy full Moon… the build up to this one was extremely exciting but hard… body and mind eventually being forced to stop by illness giving space for me to reflect on what has been a huge month.”
The presenter went on to tell fans that in the past four weeks, her site has had a refresh and that she had welcomed a new dog to the family.
As well as this, Holly thanked her followers for buying her book, which has been a Sunday Times bestseller for three consecutive weeks.

The mother-of-three was replaced last minute on Tuesday by Josie Gibson.
Viewers were quick to praise the 36-year-old for her presenting skills after she joked she was “winging it”.
