In episode 5 of Citadel, Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ Nadia Singh gets a mysterious call from her father Rahi Gambhir. The character is voiced by none other than Varun Dhawan. Now, fans are convinced that the Indian instalment will be set in the past decade. This piece of information has not been confirmed.
With everything we know so far, viewers believe that Samantha could play Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ mother. The fan theory is gaining popularity with those keeping up with Citadel.
Earlier, during an interaction on social media, Samantha confirmed that Citadel India is not a remake of the original series. It will be interesting to see how the stories come together.
