Helen Skelton, 39, welcomed her youngest child, Elsie, with her ex-husband Richie Myler, 32, one year ago today. The tot is the former couple’s only daughter after their sons Ernie, seven, and Louis, five.
In view of her 422,000 followers, Helen reposted a beautiful black and white picture of a sleeping Elsie who looked sweet in a knitted hat and cardigan.
The photo, that was shared by a friend named Stevie, included the message: “Happy first birthday to you Elsie.
“You are the most adorable little girl who stole our hearts the second we laid eyes on you.

“We hope your day is fun and everything you deserve it to be.”
The friend then penned a special message to Helen, continuing: “Happy birthing day to you too super mummy @helenskelton.
“Love you more than words can say. Have a glass of champagne for me too today.”
Last night, Helen took her boys to watch Strictly pro Katya Jones as the Evil Queen in pantomime at The Middleton Arena in Manchester.
Out of all the celebrity contestants, Helen’s journey on the BBC dance show was perhaps the most transformative.
She began the series lacking in confidence on the dance floor, and ended by topping the leaderboard and wowing viewers with her spectacular Couple’s Choice routine to Cabaret’s Mein Herr.
Prior to her stint on the show, Helen went through a very public breakup with her husband of nine years, Richie.
Helen announced their split in April, just over four months after the birth of Elsie, in a statement shared to her Instagram Story.
She wrote: “Very sad to say Richie and I are no longer a couple.
“He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children.”
The rugby player has since moved on with Stephanie Thirkill, 32, the daughter of Leeds Rhinos president Andrew Thirkill.
It has been reported that they are now expecting their first child together.
