One of the stars of the Harry Potter franchise Scarlett Byrne celebrated the birth of twins with Hugh Hefner’s youngest son on Tuesday. Scarlett, 31, already has one daughter, Betsy Rose, 1, with husband Cooper Hefner. The pair married in 2019 after Cooper, 30, slid into her Facebook DMs five years after he had been to University with another Harry Potter star Emma Watson.
Announcing the exciting news on Instagram Scarlett wrote: “My heart grew twice as much this weekend as Cooper and I welcomed our daughters, Marigold Adele Hefner and Blossom Pearl Hefner into the world. Our home is full of love with our three daughters and we couldn’t be happier.”
The couple named eldest daughter Betsy Rose after Cooper’s grandmother, Betsy Aldridge Conrad, who passed away in 2020. At the time they said in a statement: “We are overwhelmed with joy to share that our daughter, Betsy Rose Hefner, has arrived. We look forward to being home and spending time together as a family in the days and weeks ahead.”

The couple had previously announced back in November last year that they were expecting some new additions to the family. “Scarlett and I will be welcoming two new members of the family this spring. We couldn’t be happier as we wait on the arrival of our twins,” he wrote, before wishing “A very Happy Thanksgiving to all! My grandmother meant the world to both Scarlett and I.”
Cooper is the youngest of Hugh Hefner’s four children and spent much of his career so far working for Playboy after joining his father’s business in college. He left the company in 2019 though and in a surprising change of career elected to join the United States Air Force.

Scarlett meanwhile shot to fame in her teens as one of the many child stars of the Harry Potter film franchise. She played one of Draco Malfoy’s associates and fellow Slytherin house member Pansy Parkinson in the wizarding world films. She’s also appeared in the TV shows Doctors and Vampire Diaries during her career.
