Gwyneth Paltrow, 51, opened up about her policy of turning breakups into friendships in a candid discussion with a fan on Instagram. The Hollywood actress called it “conscious uncoupling” as she lifted the lid on her former flames including Chris Martin, Ben Affleck and Brad Pitt.
Gwyneth admitted in view of her 8.2 million followers that she was bored and offered her fans to send in questions for her to answer, to give them an insight into the actress.
It is known that she still has a close relationship with her Coldplay frontman ex as they amicably co-parent their two children: Apple, 18, and Moses, 16.
Gwyneth proved she was still friends with her ex-partners as she answered a fan question on Instagram.
The fan asked: “Are you still friends with your exes?”

Gwyneth shared in a 2015 interview that she stopped dating Ben because he was reportedly “not in a good place in his life to have a girlfriend”.
He is now happily married to Jennifer Lopez, having previously been married to Jennifer Garner.
Gwyneth has now found love with producer Brad Falchuk, 51, with the pair tying the knot in 2018, with the couple beginning dating in 2014 after meeting on the Glee set in 2010.
The couple went public with their relationship in April 2015 at a birthday party after months of speculation.
