Google Pixel 6a price tipped, likely to be priced under Rs 40,000 – Times of India
Google launched the Pixel 6a smartphone in select regions earlier this year and now the company is expected to laugh it in India later this month. Ahead of that, the pricing of the smartphone has been tipped.
Tipster Abhishek Yadav has posted the price of the smartphone via his official Twitter handle. The tipster has claimed that Google Pixel 6a will be priced at Rs 37,000 in India.
This goes in line with previous leak which claimed that the phone will be priced somewhere around Rs 40,000.
Also, the handset is expected to go on sale later this month via Flipkart.
As mentioned, the handset has already launched in certain regions and the company showcased the smartphone at CES earlier this year.
Going by that, the handset is expected to retain the same set of specifications as the global variant.
Google Pixel 6a: Specifications
Pixel 6a will be powered by company’s in-house Tensor chipset. The company has launched the smartphone only in one variant featuring 6GB RAM and 128GB of onboard storage.
Google Pixel 6a has a 6.1-inch FHD+ OLED display with
60Hz refresh rate. The screen comes with Corning
Gorilla Glass 3 coating.
There’s 4,306mAh battery with support for fast charging.
For photos, users get 12.2-megapixel wide-angle and
12-megapixel ultra-wide camera at the back. At the front,
there’s an 8-megapixel punch hole camera.
