Gogglebox’s Pete Sandiford takes fans aback revealing he’s having a second baby

At the very start of the Channel 4 programme, Ellie Warner showed an ultrasound scan to her sister Izzi Warner, making it clear she’s having a child.

Almost an hour later, Pete was sitting with his sister Sophie Sandiford and his son Jimmy when he spoke to the little boy about becoming a big brother.

As his son – who was introduced on-air in September 2021 – was sitting with his aunt Sophie, Pete said to him: ‘Jimbers. Now you’re going to have a little brother or sister coming!’

‘Yeah! You’re going to be a big brother!’ Sophie added, as she bounced the baby on her lap.

‘You’re going to have to milk it!’ Pete said to Jimmy, referring to the fact that soon he won’t be an only child anymore.

Gogglebox fans rushed to congratulate Pete on his news, while also expressing their shock over two pregnancy announcements in one Gogglebox episode.

‘Second pregnancy announcement?! Congratulations to Pete and his wife!’ one tweeted.

‘Aw so happy for Ellie and Pete!’ someone else wrote.

Last year, Pete married his longtime partner Paige Yeomans, with whom he shares his son.

Paige also marked their anniversary with a sweet post, with the first picture showing them looking at each other and the second featuring her on her own, beaming at the camera.

‘22.05.21 When your best friend doubles up as the best husband,’ she wrote in the caption dedicated to her other half.
