Gogglebox star Abbie Lynn was practically lost for words when pal Georgia Bell asked her a very special question.
The best friends are favourites with viewers on the Channel 4 series, forever making us laugh with their witty commentary.
Last year, Georgia had us all emotional when she introduced her first child to her bestie, after giving birth to baby Hugh.
And now, Abbie has agreed to become little Hugh’s godmother in a seriously touching moment.
‘Abs, I’ve got a surprise for you,’ Georgia began on Friday’s episode, handing her friend a box.
‘You need to open it,’ she told her, with Abbie later opening a fortune cookie with a note inside.
‘Abbie, I know you’ll teach me how to be as crazy as you,’ Abbie began reading the note, written from baby Hugh.
‘And love me all the way, will you be my godmother?’, the note concluded.
Abbie let out a high-pitched shriek of shock, before running to her best friend for a tight hug.
‘Oh my God!’, she exclaimed.
‘Hugh wants you to be his godmother!’, Georgia told her.
‘You’re joking?’, Abbie asked in disbelief, to which a smiley Georgia assured that she wasn’t.
‘I’m gonna be Hugh’s godmother! What? Oh my God!’, she cried with happiness.
Viewers at home were loving the precious moment, with one hailing it ‘too cute’.
Georgia announced the birth of Hugh on July 14 last year.
‘Our beautiful boy has made his entrance,’ she wrote on Instagram, adding that he came into the world on July 12.
‘[You’re] perfect in every way Hugh James Newby.’
‘Congratulations to you both!’ Abbie replied to the snap at the time.
‘He is beautiful in every way, I am such a proud Aunty and best friend,’ she added sweetly.
Georgia has been documenting life as a new mum ever since, and bestie Abbie has, of course, been on hand as her biggest cheerleader.
Gogglebox continues Friday at 9pm on Channel 4.
