An all-new Kindle Paperwhite launched towards the end of last year and you can now pick one up for its cheapest price yet as part of a huge Amazon Devices sale. The improved version of Amazon’s ereader has been reduced to £99.99 – that’s a drop of £30 from the original price of £129.99.
The latest Kindle Paperwhite comes with a 6.8-inch glare-free screen, an adjustable warm light to improve reading conditions during day or night, enough storage space for thousands of books and a long-lasting battery life of up to 10 weeks. Compared to the standard Kindle, it also has a larger, brighter and higher-resolution screen, so if you’re a keen reader you’ll appreciate all these improvements.
That said, those looking for a budget option could also bag themselves a deal as the standard Kindle is on sale for £49.99. That’s only £5 more than the cheapest price we’ve ever seen. It still has a long four-week battery life and room for thousands of books so infrequent readers who just was a basic ereader will be fine.
That’s not the only Amazon tech on sale right now, though. There are also big savings on many of the most popular Amazon Devices. Take the Amazon Echo Dot (4th-Gen) that’s now 40% off and down to £29.99 or the Fire TV Stick which is reduced to £24.99. Both the smart speaker and streaming device have only ever been significantly less once before – that was during Prime Day when both fell by an extra £5. Not bad for today, then.
