During his appearance on Good Morning Britain on Monday, presenter Richard Madeley voiced how impressed his was over the star’s looks: “I thought you were your son…I’ll have what you’re having.”

He began his career with West Ham United, where he scored 242 goals in 500 first team appearances.

In total he scored 24 goals in 49 England appearances.

  • doubles tennis
  • pushing a lawn mower
  • hiking
  • rollerblading

If you’re working at a vigorous activity level, you will not be able to say more than a few words without pausing for breath.

Examples of vigorous activities include:

  • jogging or running
  • swimming fast
  • riding a bike fast or on hills
  • walking up the stairs
  • sports, like football, rugby, netball and hockey
  • skipping rope
  • aerobics
  • gymnastics
  • martial arts
