Genshin Impact Version 3.5 Livestream Quick Recap
Genshin Impact is set to release its Version 3.5 titled Windblume’s Breath on March 1. The update will celebrate the Windblume Festival, which is a springtime tradition in Mondstadt, and introduce new characters Dehya and Mika to the playable roster.
Here is a quick recap of what was announced:
Events
Windblume will feature mini-games like Ballads of Breeze, Floral Pursuit, and Breezy Snapshots for a limited time. The festival will also welcome foreign guests from faraway Sumeru. Collei, Tighnari, and Cyno will revisit Mondstadt, starting an adventure surrounding a mysterious prophecy.
Two new characters
Two new characters, Dehya and Mika will join the playable roster. Dehya is a Pyro user who wields a claymore. With her Elemental Skill, she creates a fiery field that deals Pyro damage to enemies within it and transfers part of the damage taken by her teammates to herself. See the Dehya kit explainer here for more info. Also, Dehya will be added to the standard banner after her limited banner is over.
Mika, the most active cartographer at the Knights of Favonius, wields his polearm and has the Cryo vision. He can target enemies with a crossbow and increase attack speed and physical damage of his teammates while using his Elemental Skill.
Reruns
Cyno will have his rerun in the first half of Version 3.5. The latter half will feature Mika’s debut and Kamisato Ayaka & Shenhe’s rerun. Players will have the chance to obtain Dehya in the first half of the patch, and as mentioned before, she will join the standard banner after that.
