Mike has previously boasted about catching 358 drivers on their phones in a YEAR while riding his bike around London.

And he was out on the hunt again when he was confronted by the topless Range Rover driver.

In footage shared to Mike’s YouTube account, he tells a driver of a black saloon car: “You can’t be using your phone mate. You shouldn’t be using your phone.”

Before the driver has a chance to reply, a second man emerges from a Range Rover.

The man – who is topless – gets in Mike’s face and says: “How do you like to be on camera now Mikey.

“F***ing p****. We’ll put your face all over the internet. F***ing c***.”

When Mike asks the driver “why are you shaking” he hits the cyclist’s helmet.

Mike replies: “You be careful doing that, because I’ll call the cops and you’ll be charged with assault. Why are you shaking so much?””

The topless driver replies: “I feel like smashing your face in for f***ing people over like that. F*** off. F***ing stupid c***.”

He goes on to wrongly tell the driver that he wont be prosecuted for being on his phone “because the engine is off”.

Under highway code rules brought in in January, those seen holding a phone while driving – even if the car isn’t moving – will be handed six penalty points and a fine straight away.

That’s double the £100 fine and three points previously in force.

The ONLY time drivers are able to use their phones while in the car is when they are parked up and the engine is off.

If you are parked and the engine is running, you could still be prosecuted.
