On Friday, November 19 at 8.57am the Taurus Full Moon Lunar Eclipse is prominent in the sky. Full Moons are always about dreaming big and letting go of negative energy, and Lunar Eclipses are doubly as powerful. Express.co.uk chatted to Moon Mentor and author of Lunar Living: Working with the Magic of the Moon Cycle and Crystals for Self-Care, Kirsty Gallagher (@kirsty_gallagher_ on Instagram) to find out what’s in store for Friday’s Full Moon in Taurus.
The last Aries Full Moon in October came to root you firmly into yourself, your energy, your intuition and belief, strength, and courage.
Then, earlier this month we had the Scorpio New Moon to help you to remember who you are and what you want by awakening your inner magic and power.

If you’ve strayed off track on your life path, Eclipses can often bring abrupt and sudden endings and change.
Kirsty added: “This can happen most obviously in life areas where you have been avoiding making change.
“With the Sun still in Scorpio shining a light on the Moon, this Full Moon illuminates shadows and anything buried beneath the surface.
“This is a Moon that’s going to force you into being honest with yourself about what is and isn’t working in your life.
“You’ll be thinking about what you’ve been hiding or pretending, avoiding, suppressing, or denying.”

This Moon can feel confronting and it can have you wanting to run back into your comfort zone.
However, Kirsty said it’s time to get honest with yourself.
She warned: “It’s time for some hard truths and it’s time to face the discomfort.
“You need to face your fears and finally make the changes you’ve known for a while that you need to make.”
The Taurus Full Moon wants to lay the foundations for the life you want to live and ground into reality the powerful, intuitive, magical, and soul connected version of you, the Moon Mentor said.
Kirsty said: “This Full Moon lunar eclipse wants to set you on a new pathway of growth for 2022 and beyond.
“Anything in the way of this path needs to be released.
“Use this Full Moon Lunar Eclipse to begin the process of out with the old and in with the new.
“It’s time to clear out what’s no longer needed: what are you no longer putting up within your life, what do you love yourself enough to let go of, what have you been clinging and gripping to that’s been holding you back?
