The month has some of the most intriguing new shows as well as returning titles. From the next part of The Night Manager to the intense School of Lies, there are plenty of shows worth checking out.

Here are all the upcoming Hindi web series releasing in June 2023:

Asur 2

A lot has been said about Arshad Warsi’s performance in Asur and now the actor is back at it in Asur 2. The buzz-worthy first season ended on a cliffhanger that left fans vying for more. In the second part, the hunt for the serial killer takes a dark turn as the CBI races against time to find the serial killer. The show also features returning actors including Barun Sobti, Ridhi Dogra, Meiyang Chang and others.

Taj: Reign of Revenge

After a successful first season, Taj: Divided by Blood, the next chapter – Taj: Reign of Revenge is out this month. The series is set 15 years after the previous instalment. It will navigate Salim’s journey as he returns from exile to take down his father Akbar and ascend the throne of the Mughal empire in India. The eight-part series features the returning cast including Naseeruddin Shah, Aashim Gulati, Aditi Rao Hydari and others.

Scoop

Hansal Mehta’s highly-anticipated series Scoop is an unmissable addition to the list. starring Karishma Tanna, the show revolves around a senior crime journalist Jagruti Pathak who is suspected of murdering a fellow journalist. The series is inspired by the true events of journalist J Dey’s murder and draws from the book Behind the Bars in Byculla: My Days in Prison written by Jigna Vora. It also features Prosenjit, Harman Baweja and others.

School of Lies

School of Lies promises a gripping tale inspired by true events. Starring Nimrat Kaur, Sonali Kulkarni, Aamir Bashir and others, the show revolves around a schoolboy who goes missing from a private boarding school. Over eight episodes, the show explores how the safest place for a child poses a threat to their safety.

The Night Manager Season 2

The wait is almost over. The Night Manager starring Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sobhita Dhulipala and others gets its second instalment this month. Adapted from the British thriller of the same name, the next few episodes will expand on the intriguing storyline as Shaan Sengupta unravels the murky mysteries of arms dealer Shailendra Rungta.
