From battery woes to Face ID faults – most common iPhone problems revealed
THE most common problem experienced by iPhone owners has been revealed and the vast majority relate to unlocking your handset.
Specifically, it seems the biggest issue is with too many wrong passcode attempts.
Anyone with young children who’ve managed to get hold of their iPhone will be well aware of the, “iPhone is disabled. Connect to iTunes” alert.
Well, according to Google search data compiled by Freedom Mobiles, it was the most searched for iPhone trouble with 42,000 people searching for it in a month.
A list of over 130 keywords were tested to get an idea of what the greatest snags might be.
Keeping with the unlocking theme, “forgot iPhone passcode” was the second top searched for with 38,000 requests.
“Face ID not working” comes in at third, with 32,000.
There’s some advice here on what to do if you’re having trouble accessing your iPhone.
Outside of the top three, more general problems start to emerge.
The fourth most searched issue is a tie between “iPhone stuck on Apple logo” and “iPhone not charging”.

If you’re experiencing the stuck Apple logo issue, the first thing you need to do is connect it to a computer and put your device into recovery mode.
You start recovery mode by pressing and releasing the volume up button, then doing the same with the volume down button.
Press and hold the Side button until the recovery mode screen has appeared.
And onto issues charging your iPhone, there could be various reasons for this one.
It may well be a broken charging cable, which is easy to replace.
