The Old Vicarage is a Grade II listed property just 650 yards away from cliffs and coastal path.
It’s also nestled close to a famous Cornish castle which is reputed to have ties to Arthurian legend, with some stories, like a version of Arthur’s conception, set there.
The old vicarage has been run as a luxury B&B and has been renovated in a ‘labour of love’ by the current owners.

Jason Fletcher from Rohrs & Rowe, who are handling the sale, said: ‘This property is just 600 metres away from the cliffs and where King Arthur reputedly had his castle.
‘The property itself is on a really serene little parcel of land. When you’re there it feels like you are miles away from everything.
‘Tintagel can get quite busy in the summer, but because this is on the edge of the village and very private, you get no real impact from the outside.
‘No expense was spared, it was a real labour of love and every single room is perfect.
‘There are a couple of options for buyers. There is a three-bedroom cottage attached. People could run it as a business, or use the cottage as a holiday let, or you could have multi-generational families as well.
