Football’s craziest manager red carded in bizarre scenes
Roma boss Jose Mourinho was issued marching orders late in his side’s 2-2 draw with Verona this morning.
The iconic Portuguese manager clashed with referee Luca Pairetto on several occasions during the match.

In stoppage time, Mourinho was seen looking at the referee while pointing to his head, implying that the match official had made some questionable decisions.
Clearly frustrated, moments later the 59-year-old booted a ball into the Stadio Olimpico crowd – which resulted in a red card.
“I love these people and for them, I fight,” Mourinho wrote on Instagram
“I don’t talk is better to go home and have a nice dinner. Have a good Sunday.”
It’s not the first time this season Mourinho has been sent off after the former LaLiga and Premier League manager received two yellow cards in a game against Napoli.
Mourinho’s seventh-place Roma scraped a 2-2 home draw with Verona after trailing 2-0 inside the first 20 minutes.
Czech Republic midfielder Antonin Barak gave Verona a fifth-minute lead and Frenchman Adrien Tameze made it 2-0.

But Mourinho drew on his experience to make telling changes, as Australian teen star Cristian Volpato and midfielder Edoardo Bove scored after coming off the bench.
The 18-year-old Volpato, who formerly played with Sydney FC and Western Sydney at youth level, netted in the 65th, three minutes after coming on. The 19-year-old Bove did so six minutes after his entry to make it 2-2 in the 84th.
It was Bove’s first goal for the club.
