Florence Pugh quite literally bares all at fashion week and we’re obsessed

Proving herself to be a fashion icon, Florence Pugh’s latest jaw-dropping outfit has left fans speechless as she rocks a sheer dress for Valentino.

Florence, 27, looked ethereal in the billowing lilac dress with a plunging neckline and backless detail with a large black bow completing the showstopper.

She wore the dress to Paris Fashion Week, for Valentino’s runway at Chateau de Chantilly where she joined Emma Chamberlain and Raye in the front row.

The Little Women actress’ barely there pastel dream contrasted the loud, oversized looks fans have seen from Cardi B, who was spotted at Balenciaga and Schiaparelli.

Florence wore nothing underneath the sheer number and accessorised sparsely with chunky black heels, a £1,950 Valentino Rockstud black bag, and minimal jewellery.

The star shaved her head for the Met Gala and rocked a dusty pink colour with natural roots on her cropped hair.

This isn’t the first time Florence has stunned in a see-through dress, last year the Dune actress wore a Barbie pink sheer gown to Valentino’s show in Rome.

Her dress gained a lot of attention which she addressed on her Instagram after the pictures went viral.

‘Listen, I knew when I wore that incredible Valentino dress that there was no way there wouldn’t be a commentary on it. Whether it be negative or positive, we all knew what we were doing,’ she explained.

Florence continued: ‘What’s been interesting to watch and witness is just how easy it is for men to totally destroy a woman’s body, publicly, proudly, for everyone to see. You even do it with your job titles and work emails in your bio..?

‘It isn’t the first time and certainly won’t be the last time a woman will hear what’s wrong with her body by a crowd of strangers, what’s worrying is just how vulgar some of you men can be.’

Her post concluded by telling the trolls to ‘grow up’ and learn to ‘respect bodies. Respect all women. Respect humans.’

This second sheer number, almost a year to the day of the first, proved that she was not afraid of the public commentary on her body.

Florence is the face of Valentino’s Fall ’23 campaign and collaborated regularly with the fashion house.

When she was announced, Valentino’s creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli wrote on Instagram: ‘It’s not just a face, it’s a real partnership based on trust and respect.

‘I met Florence right after my couture show, and I was impressed by her intelligence and bravery, the way she stand [sic] for herself, the ability to handle any circumstances with such grace and acumen.’

When she’s not dazzling at runway shows, Florence is known for posting cooking videos on her social media and has teased fans that a cooking show is in the works.

She is also set to appear in the upcoming Oppenheimer movie with Cillian Murphy, pitted in cinemas against the behemoth that is Barbie.

Fans will also be able to see the fashion-forward star in Dune: Part 2 as Princess Irulan alongside Little Women co-star Timothee Chalamet.
