Find the perfect home for you at Reunion near DIA
If you’re looking for a hometown vibe, consider moving to Reunion, an Oakwood Homes master-planned community in Commerce City.
Thoughtfully designed to incorporate the best of urban and suburban living, Oakwood offers five collections and multiple floorplans.
To help homebuyers live every moment to the fullest, Oakwood offers options for everyone from first-time homebuyers and empty nesters to families moving into their forever homes, says Kayla Hatfield, Oakwood Homes regional sales manager.
Sterling Duets
Oakwood is selling the last of these two-story paired homes at Reunion.
Priced in the low to mid-$400s, they range from 1,200 to 1,500 square feet and make an ideal choice for first-time buyers or empty nesters ready to downsize.
Oakwood also plans to sell two of its Sterling models this summer.
Carriage House
These modern two- or three-story homes range from 1,100 to 2,200 square feet and feature rooftop decks and front balconies. The homes appeal to first-time buyers and empty nesters.
Priced in the low $500s, the homes offer a low-maintenance lifestyle with small yards.
Porchlight
This classic collection offers primarily two-story homes and one three-story option that range from 1,300 to 2,100 square feet. They also appeal to first-time buyers and empty nesters.
Prices start in the low $500s.
Meridian
This classic collection ranges from 1,400 to 3,000 square feet with two ranch models and three two-story models. Some houses in the Meridian collection offer finished basements.
Prices start in the low $600s.
Hatfield says that the Meridian homes typically appeal to buyers who are ready for a larger second home. “They’re a great choice for families and offer office spaces for working from home.”
Horizon
This collection features the largest homes Oakwood offers at Reunion. They range from 2,200 to 4,000 square feet and can be configured for up to seven bedrooms to accommodate larger families.
“This is a forever home,” Hatfield says.
The collection offers five floor plans, including two ranch homes and three two-story homes. Some homes back up to the Buffalo Run Golf Course. Prices start in the low- to mid-$700s.
Meet your neighbors
From Wednesday night hot dog suppers and Food Truck Thursdays to its Red, White, and Bluefest 4th of July party with food, games, live music, and fireworks, Reunion celebrates holidays and creates special memories.
“We don’t just build homes, we build communities,” Hatfield says.
An ideal location
Reunion provides residents with a recreation center, two swimming pools, walking trails, and a community coffee shop.
Located in Brighton’s 27J school district, the community is the home of the new STEAD charter school. The school, which opened in fall 2021, provides project-based learning and helps prepare students for science, technology, the environment, agriculture, and design careers.
Reunion is conveniently located near Denver International Airport and offers a 20-minute commute to downtown Denver.
