FIFA 22 is launching on October 1 and there’s still more than a week left before we get to that date but if you can’t wait to play the football simulator, there is a way to unlock the game from September 22, that is, today, with the help of EA Play subscription. The game’s EA Play trial has launched for subscribers though you could only play it for 10 hours. If you purchase the game, your progress made and achievements unlocked during the early access period will be preserved.
You can access the game on EA Play on PC and consoles. Those with the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription can also access the game since it comes with the EA Play membership.
FIFA 22 comes with HyperMotion technology to make the game’s animations look more fluid and realistic. EA says that it has performed motion capture on 22 professional footballers and used machine learning from over 8.7 million frames to create animations in real time. HyperMotion will only be available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Stadia.
FIFA 22 will launch on October 1 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC and Stadia.On PC, you will also be able to purchase the game through Origin and Steam. The Nintendo Switch isn’t being left behind and EA will bring a “Legacy Edition” for the gaming console.
