Expert claims to spot Charles and Anne become ‘naughty children’ again

King Charles and Princess Anne grew up together under the royal spotlight and share a unique experience very few siblings can relate to.

Totally expert in and accustomed to royal protocol and decorum, Charles and Anne are typically able to maintain a stiff upper lip no matter what the situation.

However, the royals are only human after all and do occasionally allow the public a glimpse into their personalities behind their royal veils.

Body language expert Judi James referenced a sweet moment between Charles and Anne where Charles snuck up on his younger sister.

Even though the King and his younger sister are 74 and 72, respectively, the expert suggested this moment saw them revert back to childhood.

“At a formal function Charles seems to sneak up behind Anne to tap her on the wrong shoulder to make her jump.

Two of the most high-ranking and often rather pompous royals then dissolve into giggles, leading to Charles then delightedly continuing to entertain his sister so they become like two naughty children again.”

For Charles, Anne provides a perfect blend of understanding his royal role and providing him some respite from it.

Judi continued: “This ability to offer Charles an escape route back into his childhood must form a strong base to their friendship but in Anne he also has a professional friend too.

“Anne’s work ethic and her total understanding of and adherence to a more traditional style of royalty must be something Charles will value highly now his parent’s generation are no longer there to uphold it.”

Royal fans were delighted at the video and the opportunity to get a glimpse into the more fun side of the older royals.

Kenroy Thomas said: “Youthful days still emerging. Good.” Brenda Conn added: “HRH is so amusing.”
