Epic Games Store’s Free Games For December 23 Are Three Classic Fallout Titles
The Epic Games Store has made three classic games in the Fallout series free for a day. Epic’s PC store is giving away free games every day from December 15 to December 30. Today’s offering includes Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel for free. These games will become a part of your library permanently after you claim them. The games are available for free until December 23, 9:30 PM IST.
These Fallout games are beloved by RPG fans. Fallout is known for its post-apocalyptic setting, so if you are into that, then these games will be right up your alley.
Fallout and Fallout 2 came out in the late ‘90s, where you will control your character who has to survive in the aftermath of a nuclear war.
Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel released in 2001 and has the same setting as the other two titles, but it focuses more on tactical combat. Brotherhood of Steel is a group in the game, who wants to preserve knowledge and technology after the war. Your character will control the Brotherhood soldiers in missions, which will involve strategy-based gameplay.
The next mystery game from the Epic Games Store has been leaked as Encased. The game is a tactical sci-fi RPG set in an alternative 1970s, and it has received mostly positive reviews on Steam since its release in September 2021. The leak comes from Billbil-kun, who has also leaked other stuff in the past.

Itch.io also has its own giveaways going on, with indie titles Shipwreck and Frisbros being notable. Shipwreck is a top-down game inspired by the Zelda series where players explore dungeons and defeat monsters. Frisbros is a couch coop match of Ultimate Frisbee that contains plenty of challenges and puzzles.
