Epic Games Store is Offering Chess Ultra and More this Week; Next Week’s Free Title Announced

Epic Games Store is a platform that is known for providing free titles to PC players each week without the need of purchasing a subscription. Most weeks, players receive only one free title, but this time around they have been graced with two.

Firstly, players can get Chess Ultra for free and the second game is World of Warships – Starter Pack: Ishizuchi. Both titles will be free to download from now until March 30, 2023, 8:30 PM IST. Epic Games has also announced the free title for next week, which is going to be Leap Game Studios’ Tunche, arriving on March 30.

Chess Ultra

Well, the name explains it all, it is a Chess title, but the Ultra quotient is what makes it intriguing. On top of the chess gameplay, players will be provided with some stunning 4K visuals, so players will be able to strategise in full detail. Playing against opponents from around the world has never been easier thanks to the seamless multiplayer feature. Moreover the game’s AI has been approved by chess grandmasters and has full VR compatibility.

World of Warships – Starter Pack: Ishizuchi

Players should know that they would need the base game of World of Warships on Steam in order to claim this starter pack. Once that is done, the starter pack will provide various bonuses such as Japanese Premium battleship Ishizuchi, Japanese Commander with 6 skill points, Main Armaments Mod I, Damage Control System Mod I, 5x Steam containers, 11x Steam camouflages, 11x common expendable economic bonuses of four types, a Steam commemorative flag and finally a port slot.
