Disney’s upcoming Disenchanted movie is coming to us all in fall 2022 so get ready for more adventures with Amy Adams’ Giselle.

The film – a sequel to 2007 flick Enchanted – boasts a star-studded cast, including Adams, Patrick Dempsey and James Marsden.

Set to air on Disney Plus late next year, Adams, Idina Menzel and Marsden will reprise their roles as Giselle, Nancy and Prince Edward.

As revealed by Deadline, Maya Rudolph, Yvette Nicole Brown and Jayma Mays are turning evil for the upcoming sequel.

Maya is best known for her roles in films like Bridesmaids, and her role in animated series Big Mouth, as well as playing Vice President Kamala Harris in sketches on Saturday Night Live.

Yvette won fans as Shirley in Community, while Jayma is best known as Emma Pillsbury in Glee.

Fans will be pleased to hear that iconic composer Alan Menken, the man responsible for us having That’s How You Know in our heads all this time, will also return.

The original movie starred Amy as cartoon princess Giselle, who is thrown into the real world, away from her ‘true love’, Prince Edward (James).

However, as she spends more time in the real New York City, she finds it’s not so bad after all.

It grossed more than $330million (£237million) worldwide at the box office, and even racked up three Oscar nominations at the Academy Awards.

Disney Plus launched in the UK last year, and has already become home to Marvel favorites like WandaVision, Loki and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

Disney’s Disenchanted is coming to Disney+ in fall 2022.
