‘Embarrassing’ list of goals found on lost phone
It’s been a trend lately to show off the slightly unhinged ramblings and comments we make in the notes app of our phones.
But we’re pretty sure this guy wishes his to-do list had stayed hidden.
The list was found on a lost phone in Perisher, Australia’s biggest ski resort – and an image of the list (used as the screensaver) was posted online.
The cringey bullet points read as follows:
1. Get jacked and be at 87 kgs
2. Quit all nicotine
3. Have $25,000 in bank account
4. Have motorbike
5. Getting better at fighting
6. Get good marks at uni
7. Have three girls on roster
8. Don’t get haircut for 3 months
Of course, some of the targets were understandable, such as getting good marks at university and quitting nicotine, but others certainly raised an eyebrow.
‘Getting better at fighting’ and ‘have three girls on roster’ have, unsurprisingly, not been great for this man’s rep.
The most popular comment on the community post thread said: ‘Whoever claims this, girls … run!!’
Others ridiculed him, saying: ‘$25K and have three girls on the roster, tell him he’s dreaming,’ and ‘Three girls on roster? You sure do wanna get better at fighting’.
‘I’d be almost embarrassed to claim the lost phone … almost,’ said another.
But, claim the phone he did and now he has it back, we wonder if he’s managed to tick any of those goals off…
