Elden Ring Soars To Number 7 In Steam Concurrent Users Chart

According to SteamDB, Elden Ring peaked at a massive 764,835 active players within the first 24 hours of its release, making it the number seven most played game on Steam.

Unfortunately, FromSoftware’s latest release still has some way to go if it wants to knock off PUBG: Battlegrounds from the top spot, which peaked at a staggering 3,257,248 concurrent players. Likely due to the popular Battle Royale going free-to-play.

Other titles in the top ten include the likes of Amazon Games’ recent MMO titles, Lost Ark and New World, coming in at number two and six respectively.

There’s also still plenty of time for Elden Ring to climb to even higher heights as the game has only been out for a matter of hours. But, with players rushing to play as soon as the game dropped, we’d be surprised if we saw it climb any higher in the Steam charts.
