Ross continues to show off his athleticism with his impressive stunts during the CFL off-season.

A Canadian Football League player has brought new meaning to the word ‘barflip’ in his latest head-spinning video.

Edmonton Elks’ Shai Ross can do a no-hand back flip while holding a barbell with 10 pound weights on both sides.

The player stunned social media with the video. It has more than 10,000 views on Ross’ Instagram page and 8,000 on the CFL’s page.

The Winnipeg-born wide receiver became an online sensation a year ago for doing a two-handed front flip into a no-hand front flip before dunking an Oreo cookie into a glass of milk mid-air.

The 28-year-old takes fitness very seriously and often shares personal workout videos, showing the audience ways he improves his vertical jump. His daughter is his workout buddy.

Ross is headed into his third year from the University of Manitoba. He was drafted in the 5th round of the 2019 CFL draft.

His brother Alex Taylor was drafted in 2018 by the Eskimos. The two briefly served as teammates in 2019.
