Duchess Sophie shows off pastel colours and floral patterns for summer 2023

Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, 58, is one of the most stylish working members of the Royal Family, who often does more engagements than both the Prince and Princess of Wales.

For instance, the Duchess of Edinburgh, who carried out 138 official engagements in 2022, partied the night away with a companion at a posh event recently in central London.

The British royal was seen leaving the exclusive London club Lo Loma, and she made no effort to hide her fantastic sense of style.

The mother-of-two gracefully left the upscale establishment wearing a fitting navy blue velvet military jacket, a satin tea green long-sleeve shirt by Vince, and a pair of cobalt blue silk slacks by Etro with white floral embroidery.

Another time Sophie wowed fans with her summer style was when she accompanied the Duke of Edinburgh to a service in Westminster Abbey to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the NHS.

After a series of jubilant royal activities to honour the 75th anniversary of the NHS, pictures showed the royal grinning as she sliced into a colossal birthday cake with an NHS theme.

Prince Edward’s wife wore a ME+EM ‘Polka Dot Print Dress’ in cream, channelling the Princess of Wales’s love of polka dots.

The lovely dress had a sophisticated button-down bodice and an attractive tiered skirt. The semi-sheer georgette fabric was decorated with a dainty dotted motif.

For an appearance at Royal Ascot this summer, Sophie looked divine in a baby pink Suzannah London dress.

Sophie wore the Fontaine Silk Crepe Paris in pink, but it is also available in a blackcurrant colour.

The dress is priced at a whopping £2,390 and is from the brand’s current collection. 

According to the website’s description, the dress is a “beautiful 1940’s inspired softly tailored silk dress, featuring classic lines and elegant proportions”.

It is made from the brand’s “signature, fluid Italian silk crepe, in a stunning new shade of Paris pink for the summer season”.
