DPSRU V-C conferred with the Double Helical National Health Awards – Times of India

The awards were given into two categories like hospitals and individuals for excellent job during Covid-19 as Corona Worriers.

Double Helical, a leading national health magazine in association with Association Healthcare Providers and Consortium of Accredited Hospital Organization recently organized this awards distribution ceremony in India Habitat Centre, New Delhi to honour doctors and its allied friends for their outstanding contribution to save millions of lives during Covid-19.
Dr S K Sarin, Director, Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences, New Delhi was the Chief Guest of this gala event which was preceded by scientific seminar on Affordability and Accessibility of healthcare for common man. 50 people from 26 states have been honoured in gala event.

The doctors, researchers, scientists like Dr R K Goyal, Vice Chancellor, DPSRU, Dr Anoop Mishra, Director, Fortis Hospital, New Delhi, Dr P D Rath, Max Super specialty Hospital, New Delhi and Dr Chandrakant Lahariya, Public Health Expert were present to receive the awards.

The scientific seminar was addressed by Dr A K Agarwal, Medical Advisor Innovation and Clinical Research, Apollo Group of Hospitals, New Delhi, Dr Girdhar Gyani, Director General, Association of Healthcare Providers, Dr Vinay Agarwal, President, Consortium of Accredited Hospital Organization, Dr Suneela Garg, Advisor, Indian Council of Medical Research, and others eminent speakers.
