Disney Dreamlight Valley: All Alien Locations For Collect ‘Em All Quest

Disney Dreamlight Valley is certainly home to a wide collection of quests with varying Disney-themed rewards, and if you happen to love Toy Story, you’re definitely going to want to tackle the 3-part “Collect ‘Em All” questline. Let’s take a look at how to get started with this series of quests and where to find all of the aliens needed to complete them.

How to start the Collect ‘Em All quest in Dreamlight Valley

The first step to beginning the “Collect ‘Em All” questline is to make sure you’ve unlocked Buzz and Woody from the Toy Story realm. If you haven’t yet, check out our character unlock guide and get that handled. Once you’ve done that, Buzz will eventually offer you the quest “Collect ‘Em All: Little Green Men”, which is actually the first of three total quests in this series.

This questline will repeatedly ask you to find and collect Toy Story aliens scattered in different places across your valley, asking you to return to Buzz afterward for a prize. Your final prize will be a set of Toy Story aliens that you can place anywhere you’d like–and you can even buy additional aliens from Scrooge at any time after receiving the first set.

Where to find all of the aliens for the Collect ‘Em All quest in Dreamlight Valley

We’ll break down the alien locations for each of the three quests below.

“Collect ‘Em All: Little Green Men” alien locations

The first quest asks you to find a whopping 25 aliens. This is the trickiest of all three quests, as these aliens can spawn in any biome across the valley, making it difficult to know where they may be hiding. Because of this, you’ll need to travel around each biome seeking out the glowing aliens on the ground.

Keep in mind that only 9 aliens spawn initially (one in each biome), and then our experience was such that we only found a few aliens per day after that. Because of this, it could take quite a while to round up all 25, so be sure to look carefully around every biome each day.

“Collect ‘Em All: Strangers from the Outside!” alien locations

A few days after completing the last quest, Buzz will offer you another one asking you to find 15 more aliens. This one is much easier and less random. You’ll simply need to look in the homes of specific villagers in your valley to find these hiding aliens. Still, it can take a few days for all of them to spawn, so just check all of the houses of the below characters each day until you’ve found them all.

  • Anna/Kristoff/Olaf
  • Buzz Lightyear
  • Donald Duck
  • Goofy
  • Merlin
  • Mickey Mouse
  • Remy
  • Woody

“Collect ‘Em All: Attic Mode” alien locations

A few more days after completing the previous quest, Buzz will ask you to round up a final 15 aliens. This is the easiest of all the quests, as these aliens exclusively spawn in Remy’s restaurant and the Dream Castle. You can find a maximum of 8 aliens on the first day, and the final 7 will be available the following day.

You should be able to spot these hiding green men quite easily by looking around the tables in Remy’s restaurant, while the ones in the Castle are slightly more spread out. Even so, they’re not difficult to see due to the sparkles coming off of them, so just look on the staircases and behind any pillars until you’ve grabbed every last one of the sneaky little aliens.

After finishing this final “Collect ‘Em All” quest, wait a few days and speak with Buzz once more to begin the “We Are Eternally Grateful” quest. This quick and simple item-placement quest will earn you four sets of Alien Toys that you can place anywhere in your valley to show off your love of Toy Story.
