Destiny 2 Hidden Easter Egg Consists of Content Related to New Bungie IP

Game developers are notorious for hiding content for their upcoming titles in ongoing games, and Bungie has just been added to the list. According to the latest reports, it seems that the developers at Bungie have added an easter egg in Destiny 2 that connects to their unannounced IP, fans have never been more excited.

The game director for Destiny 2, Christopher Barrett posted an image on Twitter that consisted of one of the earlier easter eggs for Destiny. This easter egg was added in Halo to create hype for their upcoming title. The easter egg was a card that consisted of a planet and the Destiny logo, it also had words inscribed on it that said, ‘Destiny Awaits’.

To this post a random user commented and asked Christopher whether he has left an easter egg in Destiny for their new IP, to which the game director replied that ‘yes’, he has and then posted another comment stating ‘maybe’ with a smiley face emoticon . This news has had the fans go insane and has got them probing through the entire lore and world of Destiny 2 to find this hidden Easter egg. It is very hard to figure out what Bungie has in store for the players, but as this new information has been revealed, players will find this easter egg soon enough. Bungie has also been posting about job openings a lot in recent times, but have been pretty reserved about what these jobs are for. It can only be speculated that these job openings are for the unannounced IP that Bungie might be working on under the wraps.
