Denise Austin, 66, appeared ageless as she slipped into her legendary hot pink swimsuit in an Instagram post shared with her 293,000 Instagram followers last week.
The fitness instructor had seemingly not aged a day since she wore the fabulous swimming costume three decades ago.
She shared a collage of two pictures side by side with the words “then and now” written over them, announcing it was a “Flashback Friday”.
In both snaps, Denise could be seen flashing her luminous smile and posing with her hands by her side against a stunning seaside backdrop.
She captioned the shots: “Flashback Friday!!! WOW!! what an incredible memory to look back on!!
“This Then and Now brings back such nostalgia…I wore this suit back in the ‘90s while shooting my TV show!!
“How many of you remember watching??? I still feel as confident and fit as ever and love that I have this suit to remind me how far I’ve come!! Longevity baby!!!”
Acknowledging the support from her fans, Denise added: “Thank you to everyone that has always supported me.. THEN and NOW!!!!xoxo”
Stunned fans rushed to the post’s comments section to heap praise on Denise’s ageless looks, as they pointed out how her healthy lifestyle contributed to maintaining her youthfulness.

Last year, Denise made a very special appearance as she joined her lookalike daughter Katie on the runway during the Sports Illustrated fashion show.
The proud mum and her daughter shared a hug as they got to the end of the runway holding hands and waving at the audience.
Denise and Katie could be seen smiling broadly throughout their barefoot walk on the runway, which was held at the luxurious W South Beach back in July.
