Dead Space Finds God of War as Inspiration With One Shot Remake; First Screenshots Out

The long-awaited Dead Space remake is inching towards its January 27 release date, and EA Motive has no intention to drop the hype levels down, as the developers continue to reveal more information about it.

In a recent blog post, the developers shared some much-needed info about the gameplay and the title’s setting of Ishimura.

The blog post shares the ideology that the team at EA Motive had in order to tackle the remake. While the developers revealed their intention to stay true to the original, they also shared that they were massively improving the experience for old and new fans, as mentioned by Senior Producer Philippe Ducharme.

Furthermore, Ducharme also mentioned that the remake will feature an one-shot experience with no cuts or loading screens for players to worry about, much like Santa Monica Studio’s hit PlayStation title, God of War.

The uncut experience will definitely bring out the chills, while players traverse in Ishimura, which features threats of all kinds, and to know more about the title, players can now see some images of the title in the game’s official Xbox store listing.
