We all love Dawn O’Porter. She’s got a smashing sense of humour, writes awesome books and has one of the most famous bobs in celeb land. Seriously, Anna Wintour ain’t got nothing on Dawn’s glorious locks.
But the star is also one of the founders of the incredible Choose Love organisation, which recently released a new clothing collaboration for a good cause.
Choose Love provides humanitarian aid to refugees around the world and Julia Roberts, James Corden, Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Benedict Cumberbatch are just some of the stars that have lent their support to the cause, with Choose Love becoming one of the largest grassroots distributor of aid in 2016.
And now Dawn has been able to combine her love of philanthropy with vintage apparel and team up with retro clothing brand Joanie for a collaboration.
Joanie Clothing has released the Aphrodite Jumper, with 100% of all proceeds will go to Choose Love.
The flattering jumper is available in black and pink and made from organic cotton. If you snap it up, you’ll be in good style company as Fearne Cotton, Laura Whitmore, Paloma Faith, Melissa Hemsley, Angelica Bell and Candice Brown have all worn it.
Dawn, who has already co-designed collections with Joanie said of the collab: ‘I’ve been working with Joanie for a year now and it’s just wonderful to have two of the projects I am most passionate about collide.’
She added: ‘The jumper is such a cute piece, made using a more sustainable fabric, and will raise money for a very important cause.’
The jumper has a crew neckline and ribbed cuffs on long sleeves. It’s adorned with the iconic Choose Love slogan and is such a perfect item for the colder months or summer days with a slight chill in the air.
