David Beckham risks backlash after sweet moment sharing kiss with Harper

David Beckham, 48, and his youngest daughter Harper, 11, bonded together on a fun evening out on Wednesday as the pair sang along to the singer’s hit Late Night Talking inside the sold out arena.

Harper was seen loving the show as she sang into the camera, before leaning in to give her dad a kiss on the lips.

Fans were quick to share their delight as social media users gushed over the footballing legend’s relationship with his daughter.

One person said: “Love their relationship, she’s a real daddy’s girl and he’s totally besotted with her. Her school friends must be sooo jealous!!”(sic)

“Dads and daughters love harry styles,” added another.

A third commented: “Lovely father and daughter relationship,” whilst a fourth gushed: “What a lovely dad and daughter moment.”

Others suggested trolls would soon react as another penned: “I am here for all those ‘have you kissed your daughter on the lips’ insecure American comments.”

Another commented: “You should see the comment sections after a kiss.”

David has previously come under fire from some fans for sharing kisses with daughter Harper.

Last year, he posted an adorable snap of himself and Harper sharing a kiss in a beautiful father-daughter moment.

Despite his well-meaning post, unimpressed fans flocked to the comment section to share some harsh words of advise with David as an onslaught of his followers insisted that Harper was ‘too old’ to be kissed on the lips by her dad.

“She is a big girl now time for you to stop kissing her on the lips. Bad to kiss your daughter,” one fan insisted.

“Sorry, but isn’t she a bit big now to be getting kissed on the lips? Feels slightly wrong,” another echoed.

“Stop with the kissing pics! It’s well weird,” a third complained.

Back in October 2020, David once again sparked much debate among fans when another snap was shared of him kissing his daughter Harper on the lips.
