CRISTIANO Ronaldo’s mum has treated fans to her first photo with adorable new granddaughter Bella Esmeralda.

The latest addition to Cristiano ’s family fixed her gaze on her proud grannie as she placed a protective hand on her chest and another around her shoulders.

The beautiful photo, one of the clearest so far of little Bella Esmeralda’s face that has been published since her birth in April at a Manchester hospital, prompted some fans to flag up her likeness to big sister Alana Martina.

One said: “She’s identical to Alana.”

Another added: “She’s similar to her sister Alana. Congratulations.”

Cristiano’s Brazilian-based sister Katia Aveiro wrote on Dolores’ Instagram alongside the snap: “My loves” followed by heart emoticons.

And the Manchester United star’s other sister Elma said in a similar message: “My God. What a beautiful little thing.”

Dolores posted the picture a day after Cristiano’s stunning partner Georgina Rodriguez remembered Bella Esmeralda’s twin brother with an Instagram Story photo showing a sky with emojis of an angel and a red heart.

The two month-old girl’s sibling died during childbirth, prompting her mum to take a break from social media as she struggled with her heartbreaking loss.

The couple are expected to leave their Majorcan holiday home, which has its own volleyball court and a mini-football pitch and sits at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, in the next couple of days.

On Monday an employee of Cristiano’s crashed his £1.7 million Bugatti Veyron into the wall of a house near the luxury property where they are staying.

The driver of the car did not suffer any injuries and is believed to have signed an accident report.

Ronaldo has reportedly promised to pay the owner of the Majorcan house for the damages.

The unnamed homeowner revealed he was promised compensation after turning up at the Manchester United legend’s rented mansion on Tuesday to try to speak to him.

Cristiano’s holiday with his five children and Georgina, 28, is the family’s first since they announced the tragic death on April 18.

The couple had confirmed last October they were expecting twins.

Cristiano said in a heart-wrenching statement after the death of their child: “It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away. It is the greatest pain that any parents can feel.

“Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness.

‘We would like to thank the doctors and nurses for all their expert care and support.
