Fashions come and go, but Crocs it seems are here to stay.
Since the company was founded in 2001, more than 700 million pairs of the (quite frankly polarising) shoes have been sold across the world. And celebrities love them.
Justin Bieber was such a fan he’s collaborated with the brand twice, once in 2020 and then again the following year.
Both times his design quickly sold out – his first collab within 90 minutes.
Other famous Crocs wearers include Kendall Jenner, Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande, Pharrell Williams and Questlove. The latter wore a pair of gold ones to the Oscars no less.
More recently the brand has collaborated with England and Chelsea football player Reece James – who looks quite fetching in the Echo Slides – and US rapper and singer Saweetie.
Sure Crocs can be worn indoors all year round, but they’re the perfect summer shoe, if we do say so ourselves: lightweight, breathable and as happy in water as on land (which is apparently where the name comes from).
So we thought we’d do you a service of picking out not only some of our favourite designs, but those rocked by the celebs for that star-power come summer.
