Corporate Radar: Bajaj Auto, Biocon to turn ex-dividend; MMTC Q4 earnings, HDFC AGM & more

NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Thursday.

Shares of 19 companies — A-1 Acid (Rs 1.5 per share), Bajaj Auto (Rs 140 per share), Bajaj Finance (Rs 20 per share), Bajaj Finserv (Rs 4 per share), Bajaj Holdings (Rs 25 per share), Biocon (0.5 per share), Escorts Kubota (Rs 7 per share), Gandhi Special Tubes (Rs 10 per share), Larsen & Toubro Infotech (Rs 30 per share),

(Rs 80 per share), (Rs 7.5 per share), (Rs 7 per share), PTL Enterprises (Rs 2 per share), (Rs 2.5 per share), Raymond (Rs 3 per share), (Re 1 per share), Swaraj Engines (Rs 80 per share), (Re 0.5 per share) and (Rs 1.5 per share) — will go ex-dividend today.

These 19 companies had announced final dividends. Meanwhile, Syngene International (Re 0.5 per share) had also announced a special dividend.



Ratnamani Metals & Tubes and (IOC) will go ex-bonus today in the ratio of 1:2 each. Also, will go ex-bonus in the ratio of 3:1.

MMTC, Parag Milk Foods,

and SDC Techmedia are among the companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Shares of DU Digital Global and Paisalo Digital will go ex-split today. DU Digital Global had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Rs 2 from the face value of Rs 10 while Paisalo Digital had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Re 1 from the face value of Rs 10.

HDFC, PNB, Indian Hotels Company, Laurus Labs, , Gangotri Textile, , Polylink Polymers (India), Sky Industries, Sagar Cements, GHCL, Dr Lal Pathlabs, , and Dutron Polymers will have their annual general meetings (AGMs) today. Meanwhile, Facor Alloys will host an EGM.

A board meeting of Hindustan Copper will take place today to consider preferential issue of shares. Also, the REC board will meet today to consider a bonus issue.

Thursday is the record date for dividend by
