Christine McGuiness left her fans a little confused when she shared a video of herself trying on wedding dresses shortly after her split from her husband Paddy.
The mum-of-two enjoyed an outing with stylist Martine Alexander, making the most of the opportunity to try on some gorgeous white gowns.
Sharing a video of herself posing in multiple different gowns, Christine joked on Instagram: ‘Save the date, February 30th.’
Some fans admitted it ‘took them a minute’ to realise February 30th isn’t a real date and that Christine was only joking.
Paddy, 49, and Christine, 34, recently confirmed they had separated after 11 years of marriage.
In a joint statement, they said: ‘We hadn’t planned on sharing this publicly until we were ready but after the lack of privacy surrounding our personal life, we feel left with no other option but to clarify.
‘A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus as always is to continue loving and supporting our children. This was not an easy decision to make but we’re moving forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children.
‘We’ll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our family home together. We hope this now draws a line under anymore unwanted and unnecessary intrusion into our private life.
‘Although we work in the public eye we ask kindly if you could respect our wishes for privacy on this matter. We’ll be making no further comment. Loads of love. Paddy & Christine.’
The Top Gear host met Christine when she was modelling in a fashion show at the Liverpool Tennis Tournament, before they married in Thornton Manor in the Wirral in 2011.
Most recently, Christine hinted that she’s landed her own reality show.
When asked by someone on Instagram: ‘Would you ever do your own reality TV show, like Ferne McCann, Billie Faiers?’ she far from ruled it out.
She responded with a picture of herself and added a side eyes emoji and lips are sealed emoji, which suggested there may already be plans underway.
Christine also confirmed she will be back on TV ‘later this year’ in another response to a fan, but it’s unclear what this will be for.
