Chloe Madeley shows off body transformation nine months after giving birth
Chloe Madeley has shared her stunning body transformation just nine months after welcoming her first child, baby girl Bodhi, with husband James Haskell. The personal trainer, who recently went on a stunning family holiday with her baby girl, is intent on gaining back the muscle she lost during pregnancy as she gets back into her fitness routine while managing to juggle life as a new mother.
In a collection of body pictures which document her journey, the daughter of presenting duo Richard and Judy explained that she is “still working” to establish the perfect regime for her, but “loves” seeing results.
Chloe explained to her 272,000 Instagram followers: “Working hard to get the 5kg of muscle mass I lost in pregnancy / PP back and LOVING every second of it. I know the narrative these days is to fully accept motherhood and your PP body as one big self self-love body hug, not to care about what your body felt like / looked like before, but that’s both unfair and unrealistic to preach to women.
“If we know ‘getting back in shape’ is actually what a lot of women want, for both mental and physical health, why not aim to educate instead of eradicate? This is 9 months PP, this is months of physiotherapy, this is a graded return to training; and this is a nearly there but still not perfect approach to dietary intake (I’m working on it ).”
The new mother explained the brilliance of everyone being so different, adding that there is “no shame” in not being desperate to get into shape either.

She concluded: “Not all women hate their bodies into change, some women LOVE training and LOVE seeing the results.”
Madeley qualified as a personal trainer in 2013 prior to starting as an online coach three years later, OK! reports.
During her pregnancy she continued going to the gym and keeping up her fitness routine with some caution.
Alongside her health, Chloe will also star in a new ITV documentary about becoming a first-time mum.
The channel has said it will follow her “navigating complex family dynamics, a busy career and motherhood” as well as featuring her TV royalty parents as “doting grandparents”.
In the four episode series fans will be able to watch Chloe taking her young daughter on family days out and holidays, while keeping up with I’m A Celebrity star and former England rugby player husband James’ new career as a DJ.
At Home With The Madeleys is being made for ITVX and will focus on Chloe’s new life as mum to daughter Bodhi, who she gave birth to in August 2022.
