Unvaccinated kids under 18 no longer need to have both jabs to enter the country, they will only need to show a negative PCR test result taken 72 hours before arrival.
Meanwhile, adults will only be allowed entry if they can prove they have been fully vaccinated against Covid within the last nine months, or have received a booster jab.
Jet2 Holidays and TUI are still offering free child places and low deposits from £39 per person.
For instance, 7-night stays at the Club Hotel Aguamarina in Menorca on all-inclusive basis will cost from £1,899 for a family of four, including one free child place with TUI.
