BROMLEY: LOCAL BUSINESSWOMEN CELEBRATE WOMEN’S ACHIEVEMENTS
International Women’s Day is historically celebrated on 8 March and increasingly events stretch over the whole of March. This year is no exception for local businesswomen Jackie Groundsell, owner of 1230 The Women’sCompany and Sam Dholakia, owner of SPD Tuition & Coaching who are holding
International Women’s 360 Business Day, Wednesday 8 March, in The Venue Suite, Bromley Football Club, Bromley.
The bumper day is packed with knowledgeable, inspiring and fun speakers with topics including Social Media, Breathe control for required results, the power of words, empowering strategy, Speed Networking, mini workshop on effectively managing your networking time. Plenty of networking time for essential connections, plus stands and a complimentary brunch. Free parking is available, just seconds from the venue.
So, who should come? This is a day – 9.30 am – 2.30 pm – planned for women – women who are pressured with demands from family, perhaps Mums who are already in business or thinking about it, employed women thinking of making that break and doing their own thing, retired women wanting something more, and women already in business wanting all of the above, plus the support that such groups can give to each other.
Jackie shared with us We’re so excited to be able to help our local businesswomen in this way – it’s been a tough time all round over the past couple of years, and we’re proud that the content of this event will help so many as well as being enjoyable. We’re also delighted that LB Bromley Mayor, Cllr Hannah Gray will be joining us to share her year and experiences as a businesswoman in her own right.”
